OptiTex announces a new distributor for Hungary

March 20, 2006 – New York and Budapest - OptiTex Ltd. and Presto Pilot are pleased to announce the signing of a distribution agreement for the Hungarian market.

This partnership further enhances OptiTex’s strategic coverage in Hungary and Europe. The agreement calls for Presto Pilot to sell OptiTex wide range of software solutions as well as joint solutions that will be developed by the two companies. Presto Pilot has a staff of 16 employees, consisting of skilled technical staff, trainers, salespersons, administrative and financial personnel. For over 15 years, since it was established, Presto Pilot has been Investronica's distributors in Hungary. Presto currently holds an impressive list of customers that from a marketing standpoint position them far ahead of any local competition.

Presto Pilot was founded in 1990 as a trading company for the garment industry’s machineries and accessories. Since its inception, Presto was Investronica's distributor in Hungary – sales and software-hardware support with a very well educated CAD staff.

Since 1993 Presto has the distribution of the Gütermann thread factory in Hungary as well, that is why Presto has a wide range of sales contacts and relations to the most of Hungarian garment factories. The company moved to its new facility with 1,000 m2 in last December.
