New Portuguese distributor for OptiTex software

July 5, 2005 – New York, Tel-Aviv and Maia, Portugal - OptiTex Ltd. and Invescorte Group are pleased to announce the signing of a distribution agreement for the Portuguese market.

OptiTex and Invescorte newly announced partnership further strengthens OptiTex’s strategic market coverage in Portugal and Europe. Invescorte will work closely with OptiTex to market Progressive Solutions to help Portugal sewn goods manufacturers meet the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving industry.
