OptiTex software is one of the new costars on Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style on Bravo TV. Gunn, an outspoken fashion consultant, is using OptiTex’s customizable 3D software to demonstrate style and fashion.
The product is the highlight of one of the early episodes, “Silhouette, Proportion and Fit” (clip). Gunn explains how to relate fashion to body type using the 3D Runway product.
To demonstrate to his subject how to choose flattering fashion, he constructed a 3D model -- using OptiTex, of course -- by entering 25 of her body measurements, so he could clearly illustrate how incorporating the these concepts would inform her future choice of clothes.
