Announcing OptiTex Implementation Management Services (IMS)

OptiTex is proud to announce a new service to offer to our customers, Implementation Management Services, or IMS.

This service is designed specifically to demystify the world of CAD, and how to get a CAD system to work efficiently and effectively in your company. Whether you’ve had OptiTex for years, or are thinking about purchasing, there may be better ways to use it. We can help to answer questions you don't even know to ask.

OptiTex now works closely with each customer to create an action plan to guide in rolling out the software and make sure that you get the best use out of what you purchase. We gather information from all sides of the development process, from management, to the design and production teams. From here we develop a customized action plan including an implementation report and training program. This fills the gap between the purchase of your CAD system, and actually getting it to work for you.

CAD systems are nothing new, but even today some companies don’t have one, and many that do could be using it better. With IMS, OptiTex provides both new and existing customers the chance to fully understand how to use the system to maximize time saved, cost savings and efficiency gains.
