Dialog

Operation

1. Invoke the dialog.
2. Tell your OptiTex support representative the ID number and password to connect to your desktop.

Older Versions

• Download the TeamViewer utility from here: Download Team Viewer
• Save a link on your desktop to have a quick access to online support.

Version 10

• In version 10.4, you can find the OptiTex Remote Support under Help Menu > Online Support.

Version 11

• In version 11.0, you can find the OptiTex Remote Support:

1. Under the Help Menu > OptiTex Online Support.
2. Under Start > All Programs > OptiTex11 > Utilities > Online support.
