OptiTex's new option for a solution for remote access and support over the Internet.

In version 10.4 you can find the OptiTex Remote Support under Help Menu > Online Support.

For users with older versions, download the TeamViewer utility from here: Download Team Viewer

Save it on your desktop to have a quick access to online support. Tell your OptiTex support rep. the ID number and password to connect to your desktop.
