PDS:Update Seam Grading

Use the Update Seam Grading only when both these two conditions are met:

1. The Keep Grading option is checked, either in the Piece Properties or in the Seam Attributes window.
2. The grading values for the piece have been changed.

Please Note that it is not recommended to use the 'Keep Grading' option

Location

• Menu: Tools > Seam > Update Seam Grading

Operation

1. Select the piece whose seam values need to be updated.
2. Invoke the Update Seam Grading command.

Keep Grading in Auto Reseam is checked

Grading was changed but the seam grading was kept

Seam grading has been updated

Related INI Parameter

For SP 10.4

Add to Optitex10.ini a new parameter this Parameter will run the command Update Seam Grading after Auto Reseam

Section : [OptiTex PDS 10]
Keyword : AutoReseamGradingOption
Value : 1 or 0  (default = 0 = Do not run Update Seam Grading automatically )

After saving the INI parameter, a new preference will appear and only after enabling the preference the automatic update seam grading will work

Preferences > Main > Piece > Automatic re-seam > Update Seam Grading
