PDS:Rotate Sub-Segment Tool

Rotate a segment without changing a specified sub-segment (a smaller segment)

• PDS:Toolbox: Movement

Operation

• 

  Select the containing segment

• 

  Select the sub-segment

• 

  Select the rotation center point

• 

  Rotate

• 

  The Sub-Segment remains unchanged

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Alt – open the Rotation dialog (In case it is disabled in the preferences)
