Dialog Explanation
Use The Text's Minimum Screen Size
Determine Text's Minimum Screen Size option should be enabled .Without change the Text size Text Properties.

Internal Text Size
Set the Internal Text size use also Text Properties.

Save the Internal's Text Direction After Flipping
After flipping the piece vertical the text will not be flipped but option is enabled then text will be also flipped.

Use Text As Name In Apply Rule By Name
Use text as internal name in Find And Apply Rules By Names operations.
