PDS:Preferences (Colors - General)

Use the Colors - General sub-menu to set color preferences for the working area, piece and digitizer as well as to set default colors.

Working Area

Sets the colors seen on the working area.

Background

Sets the color of the working area's background.

Guide Line

Sets the color of the guidelines.

Grid

Sets the color of the Grid.

Stripes

Sets the color of the Stripes.

Ruler

Sets the color of the Ruler.

Piece

Sets the colors seen on a piece.

Filling

Sets the color of the piece's filling.

Filling Current Style Set

Sets the filling color of the pieces belonging to the selected style set.

Current Piece

Sets the color of the contour of the selected piece.

The base size color is green and the Current piece color was set to white

Selected Segment

Sets the color in which the selected segment will be highlighted.

Highlighted Object

Sets the color that highlights an object (point, notch, dart, etc.) when the mouse cursor moves over it.

The cursor is over the point, the point is highlighted in red

Selection Chain

Sets the color of the line which appears when selecting a segment with tools like the Arc, the Move Proportional or the Create Parallel.

Notch Related To The Selected Point

Sets the color of a notch shown while its connected point is selected.

The grading point is selected, the notch connected to it is colored blue

Mark Point Color

Sets the color of the X marks drawn while using tools like Dart By Pivot, Add Lines, Arc and more.

Symmetry Line

Sets the color of the symmetry line created by using the Set Half tool and the Set Mirror Line tool.

Selected 3D Stitch

Sets the color of a stitch selected in the Stitch Mode.

Digitizer

Digitizer Menu

Sets the color of the Digitizer's menu.

Digitizer Menu colored orange

Digitizer Panel

Sets the color of the Digitizer's Panel.

Digitizer Panel colored pink

Defaults

Restore Light Defaults

Displays a white background with dark-colored objects.

Restore Dark Defaults

Displays a dark background with lighter-colored objects.

Set Custom Defaults

Sets the current color settings as your defaults.

Restore Custom Defaults

Restores the color settings you have set as your custom defaults.
