PDS:Pleats Using Axis Lines

Use the Pleats Using Axis Lines command to convert selected Pleat lines (a.k.a Axis) into a Knife/ Box pleat. If there are 3 axis lines, the pleat becomes a Knife pleat. 5 axis lines are converted into a box pleat. This command is usually used when digitizing pin tucks. The best practice in this case is to digitize the axis lines, convert them into pleats, close the pleats and then reopen them. In this way the contour of the piece is re-built more accurately than it is when digitizing is used.
