PDS:Pleat Line Tool

Use the Add Pleat Axe command to create a pleat line (also know as Axis line). This is an object that can later be converted to a Box or Knife pleat through the Properties pane.

Operation
Through The Toolbox/ Toolbar
- Select the Pleat Line tool.
- Click on the first and last points.
- An axis (pleat) line is created.
1. Pants back piece
2. Click on the first point…
3. …and on the last
4. A pleat line is added
Through The Menu
- Select two points (this is the same as selecting a segment).
- Invoke the Add Pleat Axe command.
- An axis (pleat) line is created.
