PDS:Order Of Internal Objects

Use the Order Of Internal Objects command to change the order of the internal objects of a single piece. This command is used before Plotting or cutting the style. You can also perform Automatic Optimization through this command. In order to optimize several pieces at once, use the Optimize Internal Objects Sequence command.

  • Menu: Piece> General > Order Of Internal Objects

[edit] Operation

  1. Select an internal object.
  2. Invoke the Order Of Internal Objects command. The Change Order of Internals dialog box is displayed.
  3. Change the order of the internal objects as required.
  4. Click Set Number and then OK.

1. Original piece with internal contours

2. The selected internal is first in the cutting order

[edit] Dialog Explanation

[edit] Name

Shows the internal object's Name.

[edit] Type

Shows the type of the internal.

[edit] Command

Shows the Command of the internal.

[edit] Cut and Plot Time

Shows the Cut and Plot Time.

[edit] Tool/Layer

Shows the Tool/Layer.

[edit] Set Number

Sets the order according to the entered number.

[edit] Optimize

Optimizes the cutting sequence as follows:

  1. Command in the following order:
    1. None
    2. Track
    3. Draw
    4. Drill
    5. Aux Drill
    6. Cut
  2. Location of object - Objects with the same command will be ordered according to their location.
