PDS:Move Point Tool

This tool is the most basic tool of moving a internal /contour point. It is used in almost every style.
Remember:
- Moving a dart tip is preformed with the Dart Tool itself.
- Moving buttons, circles, internal contour, baselines and grainlines is preformed with Move And Copy Internal Tool
- Moving notches is done through the Notch Properties.
Note:
- When 'Allow Manual Grading Of Specific Sizes' is checked, then the Move Point Tool works on a single size (Version 10).

Operation
- Invoke the 'Move Point Tool'.
- Select a point.
- Move by the desired amount.

Keyboard Shortcuts
- Alt – open the Move Point Dialog (In case it is disabled in the preferences).
- Ctrl – Disregard the snap definition (Won't add a new point, will only let you move existing point).
- Shift – While clicking on a segment the new added point is set to curve.

- Shift + Back Space: Allows you to switch selection between an "external on internal" or "internal on internal" point (when not connected).
- . (Period) – Restrain the cursor movement to the X axis (press ESC to exit this mode).
- .(Period) + Shift - Restrain the cursor movement to the Y axis (press ESC to exit this mode).
