PDS:Move Dart Center

Use the Dart Tool to move the location of the dart's tip

Operation

1. Select the Dart Tool
2. Select the Dart's tip
3. Move and set the new location (Alt - to open the Shift Dart window)
   1. You may need to Fix the dart's legs.
