PDS:Join Internal Contours Tool

Use the Join Internal Contours tool to join non-closed internals from the same piece. If the internals do not have an intersecting point, a line is drawn to join the two internals into a single internal.

Operation

  1. Click on the start or end point of a non-closed internal segment.
    1. Press Ctrl and click the point to move the internal segment and open the Join Non-Closed Internal dialog for more options.
  2. Click on the start or end point of another internal segment to join them together.

Dialog Explanation

To open the Join Non-Closed Internals dialog box, press Ctrl and click the first point.

Rotate Before Joining

Rotates the moving internal according to the stationary internal. The point's angle is 180 degrees.

Set Curve Point

Sets the joined point to be a curve point.

Set Support Points

Adds a support point between the joined point and the next point (grading or non-grading).
