PDS:Guideline Properties

The guideline properties is usually used when constructing a block. For example, if the measurement from the Bust to the waist is 20cm, and the bust point is given, then a horizontal guideline is placed on the bust, and then moved 20cm downwards.

  • Menu: Piece> Guideline Properties (when a guideline is selected)

Dialog Explanation

1.

Horizontal/ Vertical

Set the guideline parallel to the X/Y Axis.

3. Vertical guideline

Angle

Set the angle of the guideline. Click on the '90 degrees button' 4. to rotate the guideline perpendicular.

5. Original guideline
6. After 90 degrees rotation

Distance From Line

Set the distance the guideline should be moved.

7. Original guideline
8. Moved -12cm down for the 'Front neck drop'
