PDS:Fold In Tool

Use the Fold In tool to fold the patterns on a selected line. It is used, for example, after Digitizing the front of a shirt with a joined facing, and when you wish to return to the original front piece.
When using a Shift keyboard shortcut, this tool acts as a Point To Point Fold Tool (in order to verify the piece's balance by folding).

Operation
- Invoke the Fold In tool.
- Select the mirror line.
- Select the internal contour.

Keyboard Shortcuts
- Alt – opens the Move Point Dialog (if it is disabled in the Preferences).
- Ctrl – disregards the Snap definition.
- Shift - Point To Point Fold Tool
- F2 – opens the line direction dialog.
- . (Period) – limits the cursor movement to the X axis (press ESC to exit this mode).
- .(Period) + Shift - limits the cursor movement to the Y axis (press ESC to exit this mode).
