Define which fields will appear in Excel reports generated from the PDS.
Global
General Info
General Info on Excel
- Style File
- File name and path (drive and directory).
- Style Name
- Date
- Current date.
- Working Units
- Square Units
- Square Units used to describe size information like Area.
General Info Table
General Info Table
- Sizes
- Lists the number of sizes in the style.
- Pieces
- Lists the number of pieces in the style
Sizes Info Table
Sizes Info on Excel
Lists for each Size in the style, the total sum of Area and Perimeter
- Size
- Size Name
- Total Area
- Sum of all pieces' areas on each size
- Total Perimeter
- Sum of all pieces' perimeter on each size
Pieces Info Table
Lists the piece information for each piece in the style
Pieces Info on Excel
- Piece Name
- Quantity
- Area
- Sum of the piece's area on all sizes
- Perimeter
- Sum of the piece's perimeter on all sizes
- Code
- Piece Description

Note: To have the Pieces Details listed on the report, Pieces Information has to be checked in Report To Excel window.

Pieces Table on Excel
- Piece Name
- Code
- Piece Description
- Copies
- Sizes
- The Number of sizes in the style.
- Grading Points
- Lists the number of grading points in each piece.
Size Table
Sizes Table on Excel
- Size Name
- Area
- Cut Length
- Same as Perimeter
- X Y Dimension
Miscellaneous
Index and piece image on Excel
- Index
- Gives Index number to each piece according to the order in Pieces Window
- Draw Piece Image
- Gives small drawing of each piece. The color of the drawing is set according to the Piece's color.
Internals
Note: To have the Internals Details listed on the report, Internals Information has to be checked in Report To Excel window.
Internal Commands
Select the commands you wish to see the report for.
Notch Table
Notch Table on Excel
- Type
- Command
- Quantity
- Number of notches found in each piece for each command
- Depth
- Cut Length
- Depth + Width
Internal Tables
Internals Tables on Excel
- Quantity
- Quantity of internal object type for each piece
- Radius
- Cut. Length
- Length for Cutter or Plotter
- Internal Summary
- Summary of Internals length for each command in each piece
Bar Code
Add Information like File Name, Style name, Date and Sizes in Bar code Font (CODE 39) at the end of the Excel document. In Addition, any information written in text format between brackets will also appear in Piece Info.
