Operation
- Invoke the 'Circle Tool'.
- First click to set the circle middle point.
- Second click to define the circle's radius.

Keyboard Shortcuts
- Alt – open Move Point Dialog (In case it is disabled in the preferences).
- Ctrl – Disregard the snap definition.
