The button pane allows real-time editing of a single or several buttons.

Properties pane explanation

Main

Radius

Set the radius of a button.

Radius=5cm

Connected

Set a connection between a button and a point by pairing them. Both the point and the button will move together when the other is moved. This field is enabled only when a button is placed over a point.

Name

Set the name of a button. Show or hide the name by selecting in the View menu> View & Selection > Internal Name> Button.

Location (X, Y)

Set the location of the button's middle point from the 0, 0 point. The ruler with the X and Y values can be opened by selecting View > Ruler.

Duplicate

Open the 'Duplicate' dialog.

Stripe Adjust Number

Set the button as stripe adjustable. Show or hide the name by selecting in the View menu> View & Selection> Internals Names> Stripe adjust number.

Flip Allowance

??? Specify whether or not X or Y axis flipping is enabled for the selected piece(s).

Symmetry

Reflection

Determine whether a button will be reflected when the piece is set to half.
(Note that the button can also be created on the reflected side of the piece.)

Orientation

Determine if the button will be plot\ cut in all instances of the piece (Regular), on the left (Left only), or right (Right only). Make sure the piece is defined with an even quantity, and that the piece's orientation is set to left\ right.

Set the command of the button.
The button symbol will change according to the selected command:
