PDS:Add Relative Point Or Notch

Use this command to add a point or a notch at a specified distance from the selected point.

Icon & Location

• Menu: Design > Add > Add Relative Point Or Notch

Operation

1. Select a point or a notch.
2. Invoke the command.
3. Specify the object you wish to add - point or notch.
4. Specify the distance from the selected point/notch.
5. Click OK.

Select the object you wish to add.

Distance

Specify the distance.

• Along the contour clockwise - the distance is measured along the contour line.
• Absolute distance - the distance for the new point is measured on the X/Y axes.
