PDS:Add Points And Create Connection

Use this command to add a contour point at the intersection between internal and external contours and connect the point to the internal point.

Operation
- Select an internal grade point.
- Select the Add Points command and create the connection.
Internal contours are not connected to the piece's contour
After the operations two grading points have been added to the contour and connected to the internals
