Use the Pivot Dimension tool to define a pivot dimension between 2 control points. This Dimension have a pivot reference and radius movement .

Operation
- Invoke the Pivot Dimension tool.
- Select the first and the last points. The dimension is displayed and connected to the segment. Please note that a Pivot dimension can only be added between 2 control points that belongs to the same external contour.
- select the dimension and keep left mouse button pressed,move the mouse left/right or up/down to resize the dimension
- Overlapping/conflicting dimensions are not allowed an will be disregarded.
