Note: The Nest++ and Match ++ setup dialog is displayed before starting those algorithms.

Algorithm

Choose between 4 type of algorithms:

  1. Standard.
  2. Standard Quick - when the Option quick is checked.
  3. Nest++ 1.
  4. Nest++ 2 - Most advanced algorithm.

Note: Match ++ Algorithm will be activated automatically when Stripe Lines are displayed.

Options

Quick

The quick option can be activated together with 'Standard' algorithm in order the work with 'Standard Quick' (this is a different algorithm than Standard) or with 'Nest++1' to set nest++1 to fast mode (in this case will not require time setting before activation)

Nesting According To Bundles

This will nest the pieces by bundles and sizes. Pieces from same bundle will be grouped in the same area with small overlapping with other bundles.

Maintain Piece Orientation Within Bundles

Nest the pieces according to a unique bundle orientation. Each bundle will be place in the opposite direction.

Unlimited Marker Length

The maker length will not be restricted to the Marker Definition settings, this ensure that all pieces to nest will fit the marker.

Compaction After Nesting

Activate Compaction After the nesting is done.

Block Fuse During Nesting

Regular Algorithm

Nest blocks together with the other pieces.

Nest Blocks First/ Last

Nest blocks before/ after all the other pieces.

Nest Blocks Only

Nest only the blocks.

Nest With No Blocks

Nest all pieces without blocks.

Separate Blocks

When working with 'Nest Blocks Last' or 'Nest Blocks First', this will separate the block from the rest of the marker.
