Marker:Auto Nest Queue
The Auto Nest Queue enables to prepare a queue of Marker files, which can be left to nest overnight (as files). Able to create a list of Marker (MRK) files in a table and to define Marker width, Marker Length, time to Run. Batch Commands can set the values that are entered manually.This way can achieve the highest efficiency among several markers for different factors and choose the best one.

Dialog Expression
File
- Click on the first file field and a little arrow appears.
- Click on the arrow to browse the system drives to select the desire file.
- From the browse window you can select more then one file by using the shift or the Ctrl key.
- Click OK and the files will be added to the queue.
Efficiency
Indicate the Efficiency of the selected Marker.
New Efficiency
Indicate the new efficiency
Table Length
Showing the layer length of the marker.
New Length
Indicate the new length
Table width
Set the fabric width.
Algorithm
It is also possible to choose method of nesting which can be either Quick, Standard, Nest++, Nest++2
Max Time
Put the time for the auto nest in (Minutes, hours)
Output Files
In output files system automatic save the nested file in output file and also give the path where he wants the files.
Queue Menu
Open Queue
User can open an existing queue file (*.NST) which was previously created.
Run
This command will start the nesting process, should be used after all the the nesting configuration is done.
Clear
Delete file(s) - (Row(s) in the nesting queue)
Save Queue as
Save the configured queue as a queue file (*.NST).
Stop
Stop the nesting in between.
Open Result File
This command opens the result file (output file) from the selected row.
Export to Excel
This command exports the nesting queue table into an excel file format.
Import from Excel
This command is used to import a nesting queue table from an excel file.
Close
It is used to close the auto nest queue
