Marker:Align Horizontal By Upper Limit

This command is used to align pieces horizontally on the top of the marker. The selected piece that is placed to the far upper on the marker area will determine the Horizontal alignment

Operation
- Select pieces for alignment.
- Invoke the 'Align Marker Horizontal By Upper Limit' - the pieces will be align by the top of the Marker width & the top most piece will determine the Horizontal Alignment.
