Knowledge:PDS Message "Wrong Seam Geometry Or Grading"

Description

When trying to save or plot a file in PDS an error message is displayed:

Symptom

One or few of the pieces have a wrong seam defined, could be that it is partially negative seam allowance. In case Reseam will not fix the problem, you may get another message:

Solution

Select The piece with the problem, Display the seam allowance and fix if needed.

1.Piece appear to be fine, but the error message appears when saved

2. Display graded sizes with its seam line. The grading is wrong and leads to wrong seam allowance

3. Fix grading to fix the seam allowance.
