  • OptiTex software can run only on Windows platform.
  • However, some Mac computers can run Microsoft Windows as well as Apple's operating system - like Mac OS X Leopard which includes the Boot Camp utility.
  • Boot Camp supports the most popular 32-bit releases of Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 - including the OptiTex software.
  • More information can be found at Apple web site
  • Having OptiTex running on a Mac machine does not guaranty that the hardware is supported. Some Plotters and digitizers wont be able to work on such. Call the manufacture support line or visit their web site to find out.
