Hardware:Network License Activation

When working with a network license, the activation of the key is done using the OptiTex License Manager.

Activation Procedure
Plug Version
- Access the Server computer (the one with the Network key plugged), Don't use remote desktop applications but a direct access only.
- Download the License Manager from this page (link on the right).
- Open the License Manager, make sure you see your key number (and not zero) on the top, otherwise check Network Key Problems.
- Click on Change Plug Version
- Select the version number from the box (typically 10).
- Type the activation codes (if you don't know them contact your local dealer).
- Click OK, a confirmation box should appear.
- Activation Complete, You should see the version number on top of the window.
Module Codes
- To add and activate modules: Double click on each module and enter its codes. Click OK.

Troubleshooting
- When trying to add a regular module (not to change the version), If the codes are not saved after adding the code, then try to plug the key on a other computer.
NetHASP License Manager
- NetHasp License Manager has to be installed on the key server in order for the network plug to work.
- Make sure OptiTex USB key is plugged to your computer.
