3D:Model Properties

The 3D Model Properties Pane is used to create a customized model. OptiTex models include a parametric Woman, Man, Girl, Boy, and Baby models all fully customizable. There are a set of morphs connected to each parametric Model specific for that model.Additional Morphs or features for a specific model can be ordered from OptiTex.

Icon & Location

Pane Explanation

Each Model has its own set of morphs. All Models will have several categories of measurements depending on the Model, for example Eva has Basic Shape, Pose, Heights, and Advanced Morphs.

Note: it is highly recommended after any change is made to the model, all the measurements are re-checked.

Morph Categories

Operation

  1. Select a measurement, 3D window will show the location of the measurement with a blue line on the model.
  2. Type in new measurement, or
  3. Click on the '+' button and use the slider to change the value.

Basic

All Models have a "Basic" Category containing the main body measurements including Height, Waist, Hip, and Cross Shoulders, plus gender specific measurements.

Shape

Shape is a category to control the models general shape. Some morphs can include: Pregnancy, Thickness of Body (Body depth), Muscles Definition, Cup Morphs, Buttocks Morphs, Front and Back Waist Length. All the Shape Morphs assist in making the models look as close to the original Fit Model as possible. This is usually used in Bathing suits, Athletic and Intimate Apparel.

Pose

Pose is a category to control the models posture, Show Height, Arm position, and several poses.

Heights

Height is for balancing the model's height landmarks. Including Hip, Knee, Ankle, Bust, etc'. All the Height morphs assist in making the model perfectly balanced and in proportion to the Fit Model's ideal measurements.

Advanced

Shape allows the models general shape to be customized including Pregnancy, Thickness of Body (Body depth), Muscles Definition, Cup Morphs, Buttocks Morphs, Front and Back Waist Length. All the shape morphs assist in making the models look as close to the original Fit Model as possible.

Display Tools

Show where all current placed measurements are located on the Model:

Full Display 
All measurements and their values.
All Display 
All Measurement placements.
Clear Display 
Clears all the measurements.

Place Measure

Place Measure allows to change where a measurement is taken.

  1. Select the measure to replace.
  2. Move the Circumference Measure Tool.
  3. Click on 'Place Measure'
  4. Waist measurement will be taken from the new location. This does not change the morph location
12. Select the Waist measurement
13. Tape is added on the Waist measuring location
15. Move the Circumference to a new position
16. Circumference disk moved
17. Click on 'Place Measure'

18. New measure placed

Restore

Change the selected measurement back to the default measurement.

Restore All

Change all measurements back to the default measurement.
