3D:Background

The Background window allows you to change the background appearance of the 3D Model window

Icon & Location

• Menu: 3D

Operation

1. From the 3D Menu select Background. This will launch the Background dialog.
2. To close the Background window click Exit

Dialog Description

1. Background dialog

Color

1. Select a color from the Color Picker
2. Select a shade from the slider on the right

Type

Color

Check this radio button to set the background to the color and shade selected in the color picker.

2. Colored background

Gradient

Check this radio button to fill the background in the shades of the color picked in the color picker from dark to bright.

3. Gradient background

Texture

1. Check this radio button to set an image file as the background.
2. Select the browse icon to browse for your image.

5. Image as a background

• Note that the image would scale according to the 3D Model Window dimensions.
